We deliver to the UK and the Republic of Ireland as standard.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the package (including the primary and secondary packaging on the product). Our principal carrier partner is TNT. Using a courier gives the assurance of traceability, insurance, and guaranteed delivery windows. Deliveries must be signed for. We have worked with DPD for many years and we have had a lot of positive feedback about the robustness of the packages and their on-time delivery.
Many of the items we supply are stock items and we can often despatch the same day if an order is placed before 12 noon. For non-stock items, typically indicated by the presence of a minimum order figure, please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We do not ordinarily despatch on a Friday.
