The International Cheese and Dairy Awards (ICDA) will be held this year on 21st – 23rd October at a new location, Bingley Hall, Staffordshire Showground. The awards have previously been held at the Nantwich Show. The trade day and judging will be held on Thursday 21st then followed from Friday 22nd – Sat 23rd by Love Cheese Live. This is a cheese and food weekender with demonstrations from celebrity chefs and many trade stands where you can sample tasty morsels.
OV will have a stand there along with our partners IFF (previously DuPont), as well as sponsoring a few classes.
