YO-MIX 205 produces a mild yogurt with medium thickness. The culture contains Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis.

Typical Usage Level

The contents of the pot are optimised to inoculate 100 litres but are effective over 75 – 125 litres.
